Empty State
Empty state blocks for shadcn/ui. No-data placeholders, zero search results, empty inboxes and tables, and restricted-access states with clear next actions. Built for shadcn/ui.
A centred shadcn/ui empty state inside a dashed-border Card: a muted icon tile, a short title and two-line explanation, then a primary "Create project" Button paired with a ghost "Import from CSV" action. Built with the shadcn/ui Card and Button components and sized by itself so it drops into any content area. Ideal for first-run screens where a list has no records yet.
A search-driven shadcn/ui empty state: a controlled Input with a leading search icon shows the current query, and below it a SearchX icon, "No issues match" title, explanation that echoes the query and an outline "Clear search" Button. A row of pill-shaped outline Buttons offers filter suggestions such as status:open or assignee:me that refill the field on click. Built with the shadcn/ui Input and Button components for list, table and command-palette searches.
A quiet "all caught up" state for notification inboxes built with shadcn/ui. Three stacked cards made from Skeleton bars fade out towards the bottom to suggest the messages that would appear, with an Inbox icon badge overlapping the stack, a friendly title, a sentence about what triggers a notification and a link to notification settings. Uses the shadcn/ui Skeleton component only, so it stays lightweight and theme-aware in light and dark mode.
A real shadcn/ui Table with an Issue, Status, Assignee and Updated header row whose single body cell spans every column to hold a centred empty message with a Table icon, title, explanation and "New issue" plus "Import issues" Buttons. A toolbar above shows the page title, a disabled filter Input and a disabled Export Button so the surrounding context stays visible. Built from the shadcn/ui Table, Input and Button components for admin lists and data grids.
A permission-denied state built with shadcn/ui: a Lock icon in a soft destructive circle, a "Private project" outline Badge, a clear title and an explanation of the required role. A bordered card shows the workspace admin with Avatar, name and role next to a "Request access" Button, followed by a secondary "Switch workspace" link. Uses the shadcn/ui Avatar, Badge and Button components for projects, documents or settings pages gated by roles.
